3ness Goes Festival - Finally a 3ness Event where you can bring those friends that are not into Fitness and we are going to be there!
This is a new company collaboration of 3ness, Eddie Nestor and Soul Village that will bring together fitness, entertainment and music.
They take over the Pontins Holiday Park in Camber Sands from the 5 - 8 May 2023 for a 3 night getaway with acts from the music, comedy and fitness worlds.
Chalet Parties ;) Pool Party ;) Comedy :) Games :) and of course a bag of entertainment!
Junior Giscombe (Mama Used to Say). General Levy (Incredible) head our music acts, Richard Blackwood and Slim head our comedy and fitness comes from 12 of 3ness' finest presenters.
Gracing the stage will be Presenters: Dianne Reilly, Carroll Locke, Chris Roberts, Dean Heitman, Kelly Clayden, Lisa Nestor, Natalie Remee, Pauline Thomas, Robert Sharpe, Ross Mathieu, Sunny Singh, Robert White (Mambo City) and Winston Squire.
The Classes: Yoga, Soulful Pilates, Zumba, Totally Shredded, Body Combat, Lisa's Bums and Tums, Soca Junkie, Learn Da Line Dances, Salsa, Ragga-Ton, Fit2Fite, Aqua Splash and Mega Meggaballs the 300 ball workout!!
The 12 workouts will be in a 500 capacity room and accompanied by live DJs - it is gonna rock!!
Let's not forget DJ Spoony, DJ Colin Francis (9 number 1 selling Marbella Sessions CDs), Big Business and our very own Dean Heitman takes up the mic as MC Ash in one of the 3 party rooms. See full line up
