It's been a tough year! 

Hi , 

No doubt about it this year has been a tough one for a lot of people, regardless of whether you believe in this global pandemic or not, some of you may be alone or may not be with those who you would love to be with, some of you may have lost someone and that chair will be empty this year, my only hope is that you can believe that better times will come.

Now more than ever we should look after each other, make a  quick phone call to see if that person is ok, forget all the social media lifestyle posts you see of people showing off, or flaunting the happy lifestyle at you, many people are probably more lonely than you, so this year there's no need to be alone, there is always someone who could do with someone to talk too, pick up the phone, don't text, don't message, just talk.

Stay Safe and treasure each moment you have.

We would also like to send out our condolences to the family of Paul Lawrence an unsung leader within the black community who past away last week. You may not have heard of him but we will highlight some of his community works soon.

Thank you as always for your support even through tough times, I will give you a shout before New Years.
