Taccert Ltd is a social enterprise established to promote and improve the economic, social and educational opportunities through facilitating the positive engagement of the African and Caribbean community within community regeneration and economic development.  To improve employment opportunities for the unemployed and provide a mechanism in which individuals who want to establish a business, already established as a business or want to identify opportunities for business expansion, to be able to meet like-minded individuals. Opportunity to share information, expertise, and meet experts in the field of business.

Promote opportunities for identifying business opportunities in the UK, Europe, Caribbean, and African. Help in identifying training opportunities, resources, and business advice. Grafton Barbour the Chairperson and Director is a qualified and experienced business advisor with a track record in providing business advice and supporting small businesses. Valma James has extensive experience in developing projects, supporting individuals in establishing their businesses, through accessing information, promoting equalities and economic regeneration. She was a member of Luton Chamber of Commerce strategic planning group, business advisor with the Princes Trust,  worked with the Bedfordshire Co-operative Development  Agency and initiated the first business network with Becenti. Also, successfully developed Watford African and Caribbean community social enterprise. In the capacity as a member of the Luton Chamber of Commerce initiated an audit on Chamber membership by African and Caribbean business owners which initiated the first African and Caribbean Business Directory. Also facilitated the Deputy High Commissioner of Barbados Mr Yearwood to meet with Luton Chamber of Commerce and facilitated the High Commissioner of St. Kitts, Mr Williams to present on business opportunities in the Caribbean to local African and Caribbean business.

The Motto of the organisation is ” Grow or Stand Still  As Nothing is Impossible If You truly believe in Yourself and Take Assertive Action to Change Your circumstances”.
