The Next Chosen Generation CIC develops and empowers underprivileged young people in-order to reduce poverty, low academic attainment and unemployment by creating opportunities that enhances skills development, higher academic attainment, employability, entrepreneurship, whilst build stronger family relationships and improve community cohesion. We deliver mentoring, coaching, training, talent development and community cohesion projects through interactive and innovative facilitated group workshops, seminars and events that support the advancement of our objectives. We also support the parents of our young people so they are encouraged and empowered to be part of their child/ren’s transformation experience and challenges.
The training that we deliver includes but is not limited to, Project Management, Leadership, Microsoft Office Suit, Customer Services, professional and academic improvement Coaching.
Our community cohesion projects focus on developing better engagement between young people and the adult community.
