A time to connect, breathe and process

In times like this we must find ways to process our pain, grief and anger so we can be well enough to do the work we must do to create change.

I invite you to participate in a guided meditation dedicated to the Black lives lost and the lives we want to live.

Together we will sit, meditate, reflect and set our intentions for our days and our lives. We will ask ourselves how we can work to create more peace and justice in the world.
