FOUNDATION CLASS 7-8pm
Suitable for those with very little or no previous experience in dance, this class will focus on developing and understanding the BASICS of BRAZILIAN dance styles such as samba, samba reggae, Maracatu, orixás and others.
By learning and exploring foundational moves participants will develop their co-ordination, flexibility at the same time improving their technique and musicality, skills that are transferable to any other dance style.
If you’ve always fancied giving it a go, but have been worried about feeling out of your depth, this class is for you!
