MUSIC AND DANCE INSPIRATION – BOA ME
Back to Ghana for this one! Fuse ODG’s popular hit featuring Ed Sheeran and Mugeez. According to Fuse, “’Boa Me’ means help me, and the song is about giving a helping hand to your brother or sister,” The song was inspired by a visit with Ed Sheeran to a primary school built by Fuse and the Wood World Missions charity.

THE CLASS
The class will be suitable for beginners and anyone with a love of Afrobeats and dance in general. We’ll begin with a warm up, breakdown some of the individual moves and then combine it all into a final routine. Come along, meet people, get fit and have some fun.
6,30pm-6.45pm: Welcome and Intros
6.45am-7.30pm: 45 minute dance class
There are toilets available for changing but no showers. Please wear appropriate clothing and bring water.
PAYMENT
£6.25 per person + fees

OUR TEACHER
