Frequently asked questions

Where can I park?
Free parking is available in the Town Hall car park.

Are there refreshments?
Drinks and a selection of Caribbean cuisine will be on sale. 

Is there an interval?
Yes there is one interval during the show, which lasts approximately 20 minutes.

If tickets are sold out, can I turn up on the night?
No additional tickets will be sold on the door, so book early to avoid disappointment! Once tickets are sold out, you can still add your name to the waiting list (by clicking the ‘add to waiting list’ option under the registration page) and if any more tickets become available, we will contact you.

How do I select my seat?
Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis on the night. Doors open at 6pm.

Can seats for guests in wheelchairs or with a disability be reserved?
Yes, please email 
venues@walthamforest.gov.uk with your requirements at least 1 week in advance of the show.

Do I need tickets for my children?

Yes, all guests do need their own valid ticket. Concessionary rate tickets are available for under 16s and over 60s.

What’s the refund policy?

Please note: Tickets can not be refunded once purchased.

If the show is sold out and showing Waiting List on the booking page then you may be able to return the ticket to us for a refund. We would then offer it to people on the Waiting List and if a buyer was found we can refund you the money which will take 5 – 10 days to arrive in your bank account.
If the screening hasn’t sold out then we cannot issue a refund unless the show is cancelled.
