This class will demystifies yoga – by showing that everyBODY is a yoga body.
The Beginner Class is way to begin your practice and discover yoga in a safe and fun space. Ideal for beginners, people who like to learn how to adapt yoga postures for their individual body
You will receive personal attention providing an ideal environment for learning. We will work on some of the core poses like Downward Down and Sun Salutations working at a pace that ensures learning. You will build strength and knowledge, as well as cultivate mind, body connection.
A focus on healthy alignment principles will help build strength, flexibility and create a foundation for your yoga practise. Modifications will be offered so that the yoga works for your body and not your body for the pose.
On completion of the course you will have the experience, confidence and knowledge to attend any of yoga class or practice at home on your own. Realise your body’s full potential. Cultivating self-love and self-confidence.

* Please bring a bottle of water, wear comfortable clothing – all equipment like blocks etc will be provided.
