This is our 2nd Annual Charity Gala Dinner fundraising for Prostate Cancer Research Centre (PCRC). The event commences at 7pm with a Welcome Glass of Fizz in the Function Bar. I will personally welcome you to the room to take your seats for a four course meal. During the meal you will have the opportunity to partake in the raffle and also the silent auction grabbing yourself a great treat. Once the meal is complete the party starts with a Live Performance from Kevin Simm; Winner of the Voice 2016 and then the DJ plays till 1am.  

Ticket Packages

1. Standard Ticket inludes arrival glass of fizz, 4 course meal and live entertainment

2. Premium Ticket includes the standard package plus Keepsake Photo, 1 Themed Cocktail, Half Bottle of House Wine & 10% off overnight accomodation at either Village Hotel Ashton or Village Hotel Hyde for the event night. 

3. Family Standard Ticket include the standard package for 2 adults (adult is over 19) and 2 children (child is 12-17yrs)

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Children are allowed but please contact me direct to enquiry further about the ticket price

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is parking available at the hotel free of charge if you wish to drive. Use the Sat Nav post code OL7 OPG if you are driving and you will see the hotel once at the roundabout. Park at the hotel not the leisure complex next door.

What’s the refund policy?

Tickets are non refundable or transferable. This is a charity event and once tickets are bought the money is loaded straight to the donation page. You may contact me direct to inform me that you have passed your tickets to a friend or family member though so i can update the table plan. 

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You do not require to print the tickets but for your reference make sure you have it on your phone just in case

Can I update my registration information?

Any updates to your registration form are allowed or you can contact me direct 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

As above all sales are final- no refunds or transfers
