If yes, then get ready to burn calories, Caribbean style at this total body dance fitness event!
By attending this unique event, you get to:
- take part in FOUR Dancehall and Soca dance fitness sessions
- dance and workout with some of London’s leading and lively dance fitness instructors
- learn new and popular Dancehall and Soca dance moves
- burn up to 1,000 calories
- prepare yourself for carnival
- dance and move to old and new skool Soca and Dancehall tracks
- have a BLAST!
You will have the chance to leave the dance studio behind and take your workout to a LIVE MUSIC VENUE in London. There will be a LIVE DJ spinning the BEST tracks making you want to whine, wuk up, workout and get down tropical style. There will also be a bar selling soft beverages.
So come and DanceALL afternoon to the sweet sounds of Soca and Dancehall with 200+ fitness ravers. Doors open at 12.30pm and the event start at 1pm. Come and have a BLAST!
Dresscode: Casual dance and gym wear. Dress tropical. Rep your flag. Bring your whistles, flags and horns!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Yes, the event is for anyone aged 16 and over.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Your best option is to take public transport as the venue is in a controlled parking zone. The nearest stations are Great Portland Street or Regents Park station.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No you don’t have to bring a printed ticket. You can show your ticket on your phone.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
This doesn’t matter.
