It has long been shown that anxieties, depression and stress are a few of the health challenges that can be alleviated through drumming. Whether a beginner, experienced or just refreshing your skills, this course will re-energise, uplift and provide a safe space for sound mind-fullness.
You can do a single drop in session.
Course has already started but resumes on Friday 1st July.
