Business meeting at 2 pm sharp while guests have Canapés and Cocktails..
Activities from 3-3.30pm -and over by  8pm
Then dance dance dance till late!!!!

Group tickets last chance when its gone it’s gone…
Regular tickets till the 14th August–  Quite a few people contacting to request some movement wth tickets – The committee has decided to extend the group of tickets that are regular to the Wednesday the 17th of August: Take 2 for less till the 18th, Group till the 18th as a gesture of good will  – Yes when you speak we listen… as the organisation belongs to us all..(note bringing a friend with you- buying 2 tickets instead of one or coming as a group is much cheaper & is available till the 18th of August)
No concessions on late and at the door tickets…

Refund information:
We would not be able to refund  the full amount unfortunately.
if we are informed within reasonable time and there is a tangible pressing reason, we would consider refunding half of the cost of tickets but we need contact from you ASAP. We will be unable to entertain any refund request within 7 days of the event!!
