Presidents of Laughrica showcases the best comedians of the diaspora, as they address the issues facing Africa and the world through the disarming power of laughter.
Grab the chance to see Junior Simpson, Daliso Chaponda and Annette Fagon for biting observational comedy and belly laughs.
Lapsed choirboy and circuit favourite Simpson is a familiar face from The Real McCoy, Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Night Fever and his own series In the Dark and The Hit Man, both for Channel 5.
Next up is Chaponda (Britain’s Got Talent finalist, ITV’s Comedy Basement and Radio 4’s Britain Versus the World).
Newcomer Fagon, the proudly loud daughter of a Midlands newsagent, MCs the event.
