This forum for Hackney primary school teachers will be an opportunity to reflect on this years’ Black History Season, both at Hackney Museum and in schools, and to think about how the curriculum can be diversified all year round. 

We hope that this forum will be a useful networking opportunity for you, as well as an opportunity for us to collect your valuable feedback. If you would like to present a case study (as formally or informally as you like!) detailing what you did and what you learnt from Black History Month in your school or propose a question for discussion in the session, please email: Josie.Stevens@hackney.gov.uk

This event is open to teachers who brought their classes to workshops this year and to teachers who weren’t able to attend this year, but would like to feed into the planning for next year’s Black History Season.
