Please join us for our much anticipated annual Winter Ball in aid of Kids Club Kampala. Back by popular demand, and this year it will be on a Saturday evening. Dress up and enjoy an evening of fine dining and entertainment, all for a great cause. Have a great evening with friends, helping to support some of the most vulnerable children in Uganda.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Due to alcohol being served at the event, the Ball is for over 18s only.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is there parking available a 5 minute walk away from the hotel at the NCP Birmingham New Street car park (https://www.ncp.co.uk/find-a-car-park/car-parks/birmingham-new-street/), however the hotel is very easily accessible (1 minute walk away) from Birmingham New Street train station. For guests who require diabled access, there is a drop off point available for the hotel on Stevenson Street. 

How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

What’s the refund policy?

We can provide you with a full refund for your ticket (not including the booking fee) if you are no longer able to attend, provided that it is no less than one month before the event. Refunds cannot be issued after 18th October 2017.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You don’t have to bring your printed ticket, you can show your ticket on your phone. Alternatively, if you bring ID, you can let us know your name upon arrival. 

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes, please send us an email on info@kidsclubkampala.org to let you know the names of the people booked onto your ticket, along with any dietary requirements of guests.
