Join award-winning diversity campaigner and founder of Nu Bride Nova Reid in this honest and interactive workshop on how to carve your way into a creative mainstream space as a black / BAME business owner. How to navigate micro-aggressions and everyday racism. We will also discuss stereotypical challenges within our own communities that might be holding us back. We’ll be encouraging you to share some of your challenges and having discussion and providing tips on how to overcome.
