Black, Breathe, Repeat

This workshop, designed for Black people, will provide a space for us to talk about the state of the Black community in a present moment experience. Participants will engage in dialogue and meditation practices to recenter and to remember to…breathe. Join Tiara Cash, mindfulness practitioner, and owner of Crowned Vitta LLC and Tristen Johnson, diversity practitioner, and owner of The Tristen Johnson, LLC for an hour session dedicated to emotional healing of Black folks during this time of distress. Registration fee $5 and all proceeds will go to Out for Justice, inc. OFJ is an organization based in Baltimore, MD comprised of individuals who are both directly and indirectly impacted by the criminal justice system advocating for the reform of policies and practices that adversely affect successful reintegration into society.
