The tragic death of George Floyd in Minnesota and subsequent protests across the US and Europe have shaken the world! These events are taking place against a background of the COVID19 pandemic – a virus that disproportionately impacts BAME communities. How do we make sense of it all?

Please join the Black Academy in an informal forum where you will have the breathing space to share your questions, stories, grief and anger. All members of the university of community are welcome – but we are particularly interested in hearing from our students!

Our communities need to come together now. Join the conversation!

Invites will be sent to your university email address.

Please register as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
