Over a typical weekend break there are over 80 classes to choose from including Zumba, Streetdance, Aerobics, Fit2Fite, Pilates, Insanity, Armageddon, Step, Totally Shredded, Circuits, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, Body Conditioning, Running, Aqua, Swiss Balls, Walking, Kangoo, Legs, Bums & Tums, Combat and many more!!
Class difficulties range from beginners to the most advanced and cater for men and women of all ages, sizes, shape and fitness level.
Pamper
When you are not working out you can immerse yourself in pamper treatments to soothe you from your workouts or just to give yourself that well needed ‘me time’. The luxurious sauna and pool will help you to achieve this.
Party
We know how important it is to let loose after a day of working out or pampering, so we enlist the finest DJs to entertain you. Whether your musical choice is Pop, Dance,Soul, RnB, Pop, Reggae, Funky House, Bangara or any other genre, our DJs will ensure you are left musically satisfied.

All classes take place at the De Vere Wokefield Park – the amenities of the modern Executive centre offers a fabulous choice of accommodation and superb leisure facilities, including a US PGA-standard 7,000-yard championship golf course, boasting elevated tees and nine lakes for the ultimate golfing challenge.
