Originally performed at the Hackney Empire Theatre to sold out audiences A Mother Speaks is a one woman play written from the voice of a Mother who loses her teenage son. In this new adaptation we explore what it would be like to hear the actual voices of the Father and Son… and now our story has a new twist.
Post Show Discussion: Why? This was the question that the ‘Mother’ kept asking throughout the play. We need to keep asking why our young men and women continue to be silenced forever by knife/gun crime? Come and add to the dialogue to make a change.
