Save for Later
As part of Black History Month, we’re running an event across many of our Eagle Labs across the UK to celebrate diversity in innovation and entrepreneurship.
By shining a light on Black founders’ inspiring stories – championing their successes and highlighting the challenges they face – we want to help them raise their profiles, grow their businesses and encourage a new generation of Black entrepreneurs.
At our LawTech Lab we are celebrating our local Black History Month event on Wednesday 14th October 2020 at 12pm to 1:30pm with:
Monique Ramsey, Dorothy Adu-Mfum and Sophia Adams Bhatti
To join our panel for ‘Black History Month – Our Insight into the Legal Sector.’
The lack of diversity in law firms has been a well-publicised issue, and many law firms have previously recognized the need to recruit and promote diverse individuals. However, recent events underscore the urgency of the issue and highlight the ongoing inequality in the legal industry despite those past efforts.
We have a duty over and above, as the legal sector is responsible for the fair administration of justice, and should reflect the population it serves.
With that said; there are key inspirational individuals from the industry who have pioneered their career through the Legal and LegalTech industry and are paving the way.
We bring you three amazing speakers to share their personal and career journey in the retrospective industries and their honest intimate discussions around what inspires them.
