Can A Sister Get Some Love? Black Women Talk Misogynoire. is an intellectual and celebratory space discussing structural hatred of black women and how it impacts us in a range of experiences and spaces – from dating to work to media representation and beyond.
We were inspired by last year’s UCL event, I’m Not White But I Still Hate Black People, to plan an event exploring misogynoire. CSGS<3 is a conference that centers black women's perspectives, exploring some of our toughest and most common struggles with an eye toward increasing black girl joy.
