The Trinity Programme, in conjunction with NatWest and Black History Month, presents:

MEN IN BUSINESS UK CONFERENCE!

For too long, men of colour have struggled with the idea of being successful. Many struggle with their own sense of identity, masculinity and business success.

But a new generation of diverse entrepreneurs are emerging, and this empowering conference will launch a positive shift on what it means to be a man of colour in business!

Though this event is focused on men in business from diverse backgrounds, #we do gladly welcome the attendance of women too!

On the day:

This will be a full day of honest conversation, practical tips, insights and wisdom exploring the subject of wealth across 4 key areas of Financial, Physical, Mental and Spiritual.

You will also here about the launch of the new Trinity Business Programme – an intensive peer coaching programme designed specifically for BAME entrepreneurs!

9.00am – 9.45am:Registration and Networking

10.00am – Welcome by NatWest and Introduction by the Trinity Business Team.

12.00pm – 12.45pm: “The Reason-In”Panel Debate – a straight-talking debate on why men of colour face challenges in relationships, businesses and much, much more!

1.45pm – 2.15pm: New Day, New Thinking Session – an interactive training session, designed to help you create practical solutions, for the development of your own business.

About the organisers:

Joel Blake OBE

A multi-award-winning entrepreneur and TEDx speaker, with over 15 years’ experience in enabling opportunities for growth for business and leaders through entrepreneurship, diversity and technology.

He is the Managing Director of boutique consultancy Cultiv8 Solutions, CEO of technology startup, FeeLYX and advises the GBSLEP on business growth support. Joel received an OBE from the Royal Family in 2016 for Services to Business Support & Enterprise.

Malikha McDonald

An award-winning entrepreneur and in demand international public speaker, Malikha is also the Founder of Men Who, an interactive and innovative platform allowing men to network with other like-minded men, who are unapologetic about success and the lifestyle they aspire to achieve.

As a thought leader, he comes with over ten years of experience in men’s health, fitness and well-being working with the National Health Service, the Criminal Justice system, the local education authority and global pharmaceutical companies.

Carl Hart

Carl is the Managing Director of the Gorilla Group – a multifaceted real estate company proficient in generating high returns for investors, ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNWI) and fund managers by creating bespoke property developments.

He is also the founder of the Urban Wealth Academy, one of the UK’s leading financial wealth and property development training companies and co-founder of 20/20 Change, a charity that helps inspire change by developing young urban entrepreneurs.
