(10-15 mins will be taken at the beginning of the class to ensure all participants are familiar with basic spin technique as well as being set up on the bikes correctly)

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Minimum child age is 11 oldest is 16
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The closest train station is Lower Sydenham station, there is parking available

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you are able to it will speed up the entry process, email confirmation is accepted But Check In is required
