The Elite 30’s Epowerment and Educational Weekly Worshops

The onset of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has caused or added to Public Health Crisis in our community that will eventually lead to other challenges that must be discussed. The Elite 30 Association & Coalition organized our taskforces’ weekly workshop series post our three (3) day virtual summit centered around the Public Health Crisis that has plagued our nation and city; and has shined a spotlight on the disparities that been taking place in our communities as it relates to healthcare, economics, gun violence, homelessness, trauma and a wealth of other concerns .

The purpose of this Weekly Workshop Series is to give our community resources via our 5 Community Taskforces to resolve their quality of life challenges. This event will also enlighten, empower, energize and educate the Black Community on how to improve their Quality of Life.

The Taskforces are listed as follows:

I. Community Education, Black History, Civic Engagement & Politics -Mondays

II. Community Holistic, Behavior Health & Wellness – Tuesdays

III. Community Economic, Development, Land & Property – Wednesday

IV. Community Environmental, Public Health & Social Determinants of Health – Thursdays

V. Community Family, Children, Youth, Older Adults, & Seniors – Fridays
