You’re invited to the Made by aSHE Virtually on June 14, 2020 on ZOOM from 1pm to 5pm. Made by aSHE, Virtually features a panel discussion, Welcome to Teach Me Natural by Liz Johnson, a virtual shopping experience and after chill party all from the comfort of your home.  Hosted by Design Week Addis Ababa Founder Metsebia Yoseph, four women from the DC Metropolitian area will share their journeys as black women creatives in a 1 hour panel discussion with Q/A. Then browse and get your shop on with each of our panelists in their virtual rooms. Stay after for some Official After-Chill vibes featuring DJ MISS H.E.R.

All tickets previously purchased for the postponed  2020 in-person event will be honored for this virtual version as well as the rescheduled 2021 in person date.

About The aSHE FUND

The aSHE Fund supports and funds professional black women creatives who reside in the Washington DC metropolitan area. The aSHE FUND Microgrant provides black women creatives 18+ years of age residing in the Metropolitan area (DC/MD/VA) with an award of $2500.00 to create, and or complete an artistic project. The microgrant currently consists of a Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter cycle. 

At this time The aSHE Fund is accepting donations for the Black Women Creatives Database. All funds raised will be redistributed to black women creatives in need during this critical time. If you are a person or organization with resources who would like to receive the database each month to contribute to the women directly sign up at www.theashefund.com/support.
