Based on the feedback we recieved on our annonymous platform following the recent global Black Lives Matter protests, we would like to explore discussions about race, racial inequality, and the experiences of Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) staff and students.
We are inviting BME staff within the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine to this event to discuss and share experiences regarding race and racism.
The discussions at this event, in addition to the wider Faculty conversations about race, will be used to inform the Faculty’s strategy and framework to address racial inequality.
