Save for Later
There has been a significant increase in the cases of advanced bowel cancer in the Black Caribbean and African community. Sadly, in many, if not most cases, this condition if identified early, can be a life saver.
If you have had a colonoscopy (a test to check inside your bowels using a thin, flexible tube with a small camera inside) and it was not painful as you expected, your involvement in our campaign would be invaluable.
This is to encourage members of our community who are invited to have the procedure, to attend, so that further investigation can be done if needed to reduce the risk of bowel cancer.
If you are interested to take part in a zoom meeting for more information, please respond to this message or contact us at rupert@bmecancer.com or call 0115- 845- 6432. As an incentive, there is a £20 gift voucher to participate in the zoom meeting.
