Culture Cooking Expo is the largest indoor #African and #Caribbean #food and drinks expo, this first year will be exploring cross culture cooking and the elevation of African and Caribbean food into the fine dining arena.
 
This ambitious project is just the first step in changing how we all think about African and Caribbean food and opening this amazing food group to new and returning audiences. Come and see for your self exciting menus, try some new foods and explore the history. We have some of the best Chefs in the industry taking part in the pop up restaurants and exhibitions.
 
Celebrity Chef Lorenzo Richards will be cooking up a storm over the entire weekend, showcasing how to make all the “Fusion Tasters”  he will be providing live cooking demonstrations, a Caribbean cooking workshop, and launching the highly anticipated Culture Cooking Certificate of Excellence.
 
Comedian #WhiteYardie aka Prince Harry and comedy sensation plus guests will cooking live for the first time ever, Ready Steady Comedy Cook,
Chefs Vs Comedians cooking classic dishes but with a touch a comedy and cooking.
 
Dr Martin Glynn providing educational talks about African and Caribbean food, and the impact on your health, including diabetes and obesity.
